School Concert
Whether you’re looking for some assistance with your concert preparation, a professional to run the entire thing for you or possibly an alternative program for every “non-concert year” look no further! Kinect2Dance customise every program to suit your schools needs and make these events a lot less stressful.
Kinect2dance have half term or full term dance courses that we structure
specifically to work towards your school performance. Our programs can either work alongside your Music/Performing Arts or, if you don’t have anyone on staff, we can come in and run the entire show for you.
We have themed dance concerts available for your selection or alternatively, our instructors can choreograph routines specific to your production or performance.
Depending on your staff and the size of the school concert there are a number of packages available.
Bronze
Designed for schools with a limited budget and all hands on deck this is a great option for staff who love to get involved and boogie with their students.
This is a collaborative option for P.A staff wanting to lighten the work involved in pulling a production together but have the staff available and involved that your school doesn’t need a professional to do the entire thing.
Students will be taught content from our large selection of concert themes, lines and how to change lines so that everyone is seen
*No dress rehearsals or concert attendance included.
Silver
Column A and column B incursion package.
The Silver concert package is structured for schools who require performance content and assistance to ease the workload of all staff in the school. There is very minimal support required from staff outside of the incursion workshops.
Students are provided routines, lines and line changes so everyone is seen. Your school can select a theme and songs from our concert lists or alternatively, if you have your own theme in mind we can customise choreography specially for you.
Attendance and support on the night is also provided in this program.

Gold
The “Bigger than Ben Hur” Concert. For schools whose concert is the biggest event of the season.
This package is aimed at schools who possibly don’t have a music or P.A staff member, or, are not in the position to have students participate in an incursion each week AND ask staff to put in time to practice with students taking additional time out of class on top of report writing, lesson plans, curriculum obligation and …parents.
The Kinect2Dance team will provide students with the content for the performance, guide schools with costume suggestions and assistance, theatre rehearsal, costume rehearsal, back stage operations and lighting design along with successful ways your concert can be used to bring money back into the school.
