Mindfulness Program

Our newest program has just launched Kinect2Self.

Kinect2Self is a mindfulness program focused on enhancing students’ physical and mental wellbeing and teaching students to become self regulated learners. The program is focused on fun, inclusion and encouraging a ‘give it a go’ attitude to new experiences. It not only keeps students engaged but it’s also something that students thoroughly enjoy.  We’re proud to say that this program is the only mindfulness program of its kind.

Over the 5 week program each lesson is broken-down to focus on a different element of mindfulness and include high intensity physical workouts, focussed breathing exercises and guided meditations.  Each lesson aims to push students’ physical endurance and improve mental well-being. Kinect2Self was developed using studies and techniques recommended from leading child psychologists.  
 

The program has been in development over the past two years and after being tested in schools and incorporating feedback from teachers we have successfully launched in 2021.  It is suitable for all Primary aged students.
